Taiwan Lantern Festival 

An annual lantern festival held on the Lantern Festival in Taiwan since 1990, which is co-organized by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and all local governments in Taiwan.
Originally held only in Taipei City, the “Taipei Lantern Festival” was moved to all parts of Taiwan in 2001 and was officially named the Taiwan Lantern Festival in 2003, making it a national event.

Kawazu Early Cherry Blossoms - The biggest sightseeing activity in Izu area 

Kawazu Town, the earliest cherry blossom viewing spot in Japan, the cherry blossoms blooming on the banks of the Kawazu River, so-called “Kawazu Cherry Blossoms”, have the most distinctive features of large flower size, the most delightful pink color, and the blossom period lasts for up to one month, which is the earliest cherry blossoms to bloom in Japan at the same time. Walking in the pink riverside cherry blossom tunnel, infinite romance, and at the same time with the tender yellow rapeseed flowers, together bring a lively cherry blossom festival.

DAY 1 U.S.A. to Taipei

Arrived from the U.S.A. at the airport in the evening and took a luxury flight to Taoyuan International Airport.

DAY 2 Arrive Taipei - Taoyuan International Airport - National Palace Museum 

- National Palace Museum: The National Palace Museum, abbreviated as the National Palace Museum of Taiwan or the National Palace Museum of Taipei, also known as the National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Museum, is the largest museum in Taiwan as well as one of the Eight Scenic Spots of Taiwan, and a research institution for the history of ancient Chinese art and sinology. The main museum is located in the Shilin District of Taipei City, with a southern compound in Taihao City, Chiayi County. It receives more than 6.14 million visitors a year, and was ranked the sixth most-visited art museum in the world in 2015.

DAY 3 Taipei Lighting Fair Exhibition Area - Taipei  - Shifen Old Street /PingXi Sky Lantern Festival 

- Shifen Old Street: Pingxi District, New Taipei City, can be considered the earliest developed and the largest settlement. A railroad branch line, “Pingxi Line,” built due to the mining of coal, meanders along the valley of the Keelung River, and the main feature of the street and the train tracks are connected, which allows you to experience the novelty of “passing in front of a train,” and to walk beside the railroad tracks. It is also a famous spot for many movies and idol dramas.
  
- Pingxi Sky Lantern Festival: Pingxi District in New Taipei City organizes this event every year during the Lantern Festival, and in recent years, it has developed into a well-known nighttime folklore festival in Taiwan, which is as famous as the Yanshui beehive firecrackers in Tainan, and is known as the “Southern beehive firecrackers and Northern Sky Lantern".

DAY 4 Taipei - Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village - Sun Moon Lake 

－Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village:The main feature of the park is the display of the cultural characteristics of Taiwan's indigenous ethnic groups.
－Sun Moon Lake: A semi-natural freshwater lake and reservoir for hydroelectric power generation in Riyue Village, Quichih Township, Nantou County; the lake is the second largest in size on Taiwan's main island, and a large part of it is a natural lake and reservoir for power generation.

DAY 5 Sun Moon Lake - Youyi Bassi Tsou Cultural Tribe - Alishan Forest Recreation Area 

－Yu Yu Pas Tsou Cultural Tribe: A cultural park spanning across the luxuriant mountains, with an extensive oolong tea plantation in the high mountains.
－Alishan Forest Recreation Area: Sunrise, sea of clouds, railroads, forests, and sunset are the classic impressions of Alishan. When you come to Alishan, you can enjoy the greenery of the forests, be amazed by the beauty of the sunrise, sea of clouds, and sunset, savor the delicate scenery of the tea gardens, and feel the humanistic underpinnings of the Tsou tribe in the original countryside, and have a wide range of different experiences that are the focus of the tour that you can't afford to miss when you come to Alishan!

DAY 6 Alishan - Chushan - Kaohsiung/Buddha Memorial Hall - Taipei 

- Chushan: Due to its prominent terrain and wide view, every time the sun rises, ten thousand rays of light fall down on the ground, and the sea of clouds formed in the valleys, which is a marvelous sight. Many tourists come from thousands of miles to see the first glimmer of light.
- Buddha Memorial Hall: The largest and tallest seated Buddha in Asia, the Buddha Light Buddha, is enshrined in the hall, which also houses the Shakyamuni Buddha's relics, as well as a permanent museum, an exhibition hall, and a Hall of Enlightenment, which can accommodate 2,000 people.

DAY 10 Kanagawa Prefecture - Kamakura Daibutsu - Shonan Coast - Japanese Fish Cake Factory - Izu Peninsula 

- Kamakura Daibutsu: One of Japan's most famous national treasures, the 13.35-meter-high bronze statue of Nyorai Buddha was first constructed in 1252, and is the main statue of the deity worshipped at Kotokuin Temple, which is also known as the "Hasegaya Daibutsu.
- Shonan Coast: Located in the Shonan district of Kanagawa Prefecture, the coast stretches from Kayasaki City to Kamakura City. Due to its beautiful scenery, the coast has become a famous surfing and dating mecca in Japan.
- Izu Peninsula: The Izu Peninsula in the eastern part of Shizuoka Prefecture is not far from Tokyo and Kanagawa, and travelers who come to Tokyo on a free trip will include the Izu Peninsula in their itinerary; the Izu Peninsula is most famous for its hot springs, seascapes, and Kawazukura

DAY 11 Izu Peninsula - Josaki Coast “Seascape and Reef” Numazu Fish Market - Atami Umeien Ume Festival 

- Josaki Coast: This is a lava coast that was formed 4,000 years ago at Sagami Beach after the eruption of the volcano Mt. There are not only planned trails for visitors to walk along, but also famous sights such as Mawaki Saki Lighthouse and Mawaki Suspension Bridge.
- Numazu Fish Market: Chihamoto-cho, Numazu-shi, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan is the third largest fish market in Japan. Every morning, there are auctions of various kinds of “world's finest seafood”, and you can immediately taste delicious seafood with a rich color and excellent texture.
- Atami Plum Garden Plum Blossom Festival: Japan's oldest plum blossom garden was built in 19th Meiji era. Located on a gentle hill, it covers an area of 30,000 hectares and is planted with more than 730 plum trees, the most famous of which are Yae Nogami Plum, Solstice Plum, Yae Cold Red Plum, Kagoshima Red Plum, etc. Every year in December, plum blossoms begin to bloom. The plum blossoms begin to bloom in December every year, and from January to mid-March of the following year, the blossoms are in full bloom, and the area is crowded with tourists.

DAY 12 Izu Kawazu Sakura Festival - Izu Shichitaki - Nezanzan (cable car) - Izu Coastal Train - Tokyo 

- Izu Kawazu Sakura Festival: “Kawazu Sakura” is one kind of cherry blossom, and it is named Kawazu Sakura because it was found in “Kawazu-cho, Komo-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture,” featuring the earliest blossom period in Honshu, Japan, so it is called “Japan's First Sakura,” and is the earliest cherry blossom season, and it is usually full of blossom in early spring, and there are 8,000 Kawazu Sakura trees in the Kawazu town. In Kawazu Town, there are 8,000 Kawazu cherry trees, and the Kawazu Cherry Blossom Season is held when the trees are in full bloom.
- Izu Seven Falls (Kawazu Seven Falls): The Kawazu River originates from the Amagi mountain range, and along the way, it forms seven crystal-clear waterfalls. The Kawazu Seven Falls Trail connects the seven waterfalls, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful waterfalls to the fullest.
- Nezame-san (cable car): This mountain is called Nezame-san because it looks like a young girl going to bed.A cable car ride to the top of the mountain, Nezameyama Nature Park (approx. 5 minutes), offers a magnificent view of the Tenjo-renzan Mountains and the seven islands of Izu.

DAY 13 Asakusa Raimon Kannon Temple - Nakamise Traditional Shopping Street - Imperial Palace Gaien Plaza - Nijubashi - Tokyo - Return to the hotel

- Asakusa Raimon Kannon Temple: As the oldest temple in Tokyo, Asakusa Kannon Temple is loved all over the country for its Asakusa Kannon, and it is a well-known sightseeing spot in Tokyo as well. It is said that Asakusa Temple has very good fortune tags, so you may want to try it out if you have the chance. 
- Imperial Palace Plaza: The Imperial Palace is the Imperial Palace where the Emperor of Japan resides. The Imperial Palace was formerly a castle built by the Edo Shogunate and became the residence of the Emperor in 1888.
- Nijubashi Bridge: Located in front of the main gate of the Imperial Palace. The moat surrounding the Imperial Palace is deeper than the old bridge, so it was necessary to build another bridge over the old one, hence the name "Nijubashi.
